Designing the Toy:

First, our team works with Disney to decide what the action figure will look like. They choose the character, pose, and details. Artists draw sketches and create digital models to see how the toy will look from all sides. This step is like making a detailed blueprint of the toy.

 

​ Creating a Prototype:
Once the design is finalized, we make a real-life version called a prototype. We use 3D printers or sculpting materials to create a physical model of the toy. This helps us see how it looks and feels, and allows us to make any necessary changes before mass production.
