Sesame Friends

Starting with the Design:

When we receive character information from Sesame Street (like Elmo, Abby Cadabby, or Cookie Monster), our design team gets to work.

Artists create sketches and 3D models to visualize the toy from every angle. We focus on making it toddler-friendly — soft shapes, simple details, and no small parts.

Creating the Prototype:

Once the design is approved, we build a physical prototype using 3D printers or sculpting materials. This lets us see how the toy will look and feel in real life, making sure it's the right size and shape for little hands.
